Handmade Design: Call for Entries

Handmade Design is a silent auction fundraiser presented by the Society of Typographic Aficionados in conjunction with Loyola University New Orleans. Works donated to Handmade Design will be sold via a three month long silent auction with all proceeds supporting the Greater New Orleans Foundation Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund.

Submission Requirements

Submit designs that explore the boundaries of type and design. This exploration must include something typographic that has been created by hand. This could include silkscreen, letterpress, printmaking, calligraphy, engraving, relief printing, sculpture, hand lettering, and so forth.

Works may include commercial or self-initiated experimental designs. All pieces must be ready to hang.
