This year's conference will be held at Revolution Hall on the Eastside of Portland, Oregon. Revolution Hall, a brick landmark turned music venue, will also be our home for the Ed Forum on Thursday, August 17th with the Main Conference to follow on Friday and Saturday.
Arriving early? Workshops for Wednesday, August 16th will be posted soon and hosted at Portland State University.

A lot has changed since 2019 when we last met in person — even our format!

Later start times for the Main Conference to give you some time to hang out with other attendees, chill, and explore the area. The neighborhood is filled with spots to eat, drink, and relax.
Spacebar will be back on Friday! Mix and mingle with folks in a great setting.
Our closing party will be Saturday night. One last hurrah to cap things off… possibly featuring baby goats to pet.
Sunday programming has been removed from the schedule. Sunday is your Funday, but let's be real — every day at TypeCon is a funday.
We are currently in the process of ranking speaker submissions through our double blind selection process. While we are doing that, take advantage of our early bird special and grab tickets to TypeCon2023: Portland for a steal.
