TypeCon Planning Meeting in Seattle

Board members from the Society of Typographic Aficionados will be visiting Seattle on Saturday, February 20th, to discuss various plans and requirements for this summer’s event.The success of TypeCon relies on the involvement of others, especially those from the local creative scene. With that in mind, we are seeking volunteers, speakers, workshop leaders, as well as people who can facilitate and brainstorm other design-related events, tours, and exhibitions to complete the TypeCon experience.This informal meeting at Fremont’s The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar will be an enjoyable way to learn more about TypeCon, hang out with fellow creative folk, and learn how to become more involved with the local (and global) type scene.
